Superb communication, support and follow through. I appreciated that the shipping and bench fees were waived for the second round attempt to identify the root cause and correct the issue. Reinforced my confidence in FAS and made it real easy for me pull the trigger on the AM4.

Service was great. Quick turnaround and inexpensive (other than shipping to/from Canada of course). You provided helpful advice to simplify getting smoothly through customs. One thing I found though when giving the value as $1 for customs I could not insure it at a higher value. So I had to ship with no insurance which made me nervous. But it all worked out. Thank-you!
