ICONS brings Fractal Audio’s industry-leading amp modeling and effects from the Axe-Fx to the world of plugins—and to your desktop as a standalone application.

AMPS & CABS

Fullerton Volume 2 includes nine amp models:

  • 59 Bassguy Bright based on the Bright channel of a vintage Fender® 5F6-A tweed Bassman®
  • 59 Bassguy Normal based on the Normal channel of the tweed Bassman®.
  • 59 Bassguy Jumped based on the tweed Bassman® with the channels jumpered.
  • 59 Bassguy RI Jumped based on the reissue version of the tweed Bassman®.
  • 65 Bassguy Bass based on the Bass channel of a 1965 black-panel Fender® Bassman®
  • 65 Bassguy Normal based on the Normal channel of the above.
  • 6G12 Concert based on a Fender® 6G12 Concert
  • Band-Commander based on a Fender® Bandmaster®
  • Dweezil’s Bassguy based on Dweezil Zappa's highly modified amp.

The following DynaCab™ HD speaker cabinet models are included:

  • 2x12 65 Bassguy
  • 4x10 59 Bassguy RI

Fractal Audio’s amp modeling technology creates fully adjustable models with authentic, interactive controls. The models behave like the originals, letting you shape tone naturally instead of browsing static snapshots. Component-level modeling recreates the preamp, tone stack, cathode follower, power supply, power amp, phase inverter, and amp/speaker interaction. In short, if you know how to dial in the amp, you know how to dial in the model.

DynaCab™ HD models let you position a virtual mic on a virtual speaker in real time. User Cab mode allows loading your own impulse responses (IRs), with support for popular formats up to 8k.

EFFECTS

ICONS includes premium stompbox and studio effects based on the same algorithms used in the Axe-Fx III, including authentic spring reverb and tremolo, more than a dozen accurate drive pedals, plus wah, compression, modulation, delay, GEQ, bonus reverbs, and more.

Additional features include a built-in tuner, intelligent noise gate, preset manager, tempo sync, DAW automation and MIDI control, built-in tooltips, and more.
