Top Notch Service
A footswitch button on my FC12 stopped working, and the techs at FAS fixed it right away. Before sending it in I ended up writing back and forth with several different people in the support dept, and they all wrote back very quickly and were friendly and helpful. After my unit arrived to them in NH, they fixed it within two hours. It was amazing support.

Great service and fast turnaround
The power supply on my FM3 literally burned out, so I feared the worst. Fortunately, the repair team at Fractal Audio did an amazing job at a very low cost even though my unit was several months out of warranty. They managed to save all of my presets even though I frequently back them up, so this save me a lot of time and got me back on stage with my FM3 right away. Big thanks to the entire team for such a quick turnaround.
